OVERVIEW:
We want to hear your story! We would love to help others on their financial freedom journey and hearing from other credit union members is the very best way to help. We’ll ask you a few questions about your own experience and will guide you through the entire process.
15-minute video interviews (30 mins total time allocated)
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The interview will be brief and easy! We will truly walk you through every question (expect around 5 questions) such as:
What made you join the Duke Credit Union (employee of Duke, family member, etc)?
Can you tell us a time where being a member helped you in your financial journey (debt consolidation, quick turnaround)?
How do you use your local bank (small loans, savings accounts, auto loan, etc)?
Has there been any individuals in your banking experience that have stood out to you?
WHAT TO WEAR:
Business Casual is perfect. No suits and dresses needed, just come as you’d like to represent yourself.
An outfit you would typically wear to a job interview is a good rule of thumb.
Practice sitting down in whatever blouse/top/dress you want to wear. When you sit, do the buttons pull at the chest? Does the dress come up shorter than you’d like when you sit? Keep these things in mind!
